The Fusion Perspective: Fusion Strand Design

​Bionic Fusion Strand Design requires identification of target user experiences (internal employee or external customer). User experiences are typically supported by or represent the activities and interactions performed by users on their user experience journeys as these users carry out part of development value streams, operational value streams, mission threads, or customer experiences. Fusion strands require the network capital of the enterprise - that map of where and how users interact with the enterprise. Enterprise goals, priorities, and budgets clearly come into play and require a targeted approach to defining and developing improved experiences that must be improved first. As these fusion strands are defined, they will either tap into the existing technologies and capabilities of the enterprise Bionic Digital Platform or these efforts will help grow and mature the platform.
